Simon Mayo, Angellica Bell, Mark Kermode and Chris Rogers have joined the presenting line-up for Bauer Media's new station, Scala Radio, the UK’s biggest classical music radio station in almost thirty years, launching March 4.

Mayo, who recently left BBC Radio 2, will host a new morning entertainment show, featuring celebrity interviews and a ‘Classical Confessions’ segment, and commented 'There are hundreds of radio stations playing rock and pop, and only two classical music stations - until now. We’re different because we’re going all out to entertain, laugh with the listeners, and have a good time. Some of it will be familiar, some new and exciting but all timeless, beautiful and all absolutely relevant to today'.
